Parfait, Berry Tiramisu, Berry Fruits
The perfect parfait, berry tiramisu, berry fruits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Parfait
- 800 g Cream
- 80 g Meringue
- 80 g Chocolate Crossies
- 8 Pc. Egg yolk
- 150 g Sugar
Berry tiramisu
- 200 g Cream
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 250 g Lowfat quark
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Spekulatius
- 400 g Mixed berries frozen
Berry fruits
- 400 g Blueberry
- Honey
- Peach liqueur
Parfait
- Beat egg yolks with sugar in a water bath until frothy and set aside. Whip the cream until stiff. Crumble the meringue and coconut crossies and mix everything together.
- Line the box shape with cling film and add the parfait mixture. Place in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
Berry tiramisu
- Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar and vanilla sugar together. Fold in the cream.
- Spread about 3 tablespoons of the cream in a baking dish, place a layer of speculoos on top and sprinkle some of the berry mixture on top. Spread the rest of the cream on top and cover again with speculoos.
- Let Tiramisu steep in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
Berry fruits
- Soak the blueberries in the honey and peach liqueur and let it steep for at least 24 hours.
