Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 ice cubes
- 2 cl Pernod
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- ⅛ liter milk, ice-cold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place ice cubes in a shaker and pour in the Pernod. Dust with powdered sugar. Shake briefly. Then add the milk. Shake vigorously for 2 minutes. Pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw.
