Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 375 g beef, cooked
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 large gherkin(s)
- 4 small tomatoes
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- lemon juice
- Vinegar
- oil
- Mustard
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Cut the cooked beef into cubes. Dice the onion and cucumber, cut the tomatoes and eggs into eighths, and add them. Mix the lemon juice, vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar into a sauce. Pour this over the meat, stir, and let it marinate well.
