Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 650 g meat sausage
- 1 onion(s)
- bay leaves
- Pepper, whole grains
- 400 ml cucumber juice
- possibly oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the sausage and onion. Layer them in a 1.5-liter jar, adding a few peppercorns and bay leaves between each layer. Finally, fill the jar with the cucumber infusion until it’s completely covered. Let it sit in the refrigerator. We find it tastes best after it’s been refrigerated for 3 days. You can also add oil before serving, depending on your taste.
