Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g meat sausage
  • 2 onions
  • 250 g cheese, Emmental
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • oil
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare a marinade with water, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. The amounts are up to you. Just experiment to your liking! Coarsely grate the sausage and cheese and add them to the marinade. Let it all sit. Finely slice the onion and add it to the marinade. Mix the salad thoroughly.
