  • 2 m.-large cucumber(s)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 can of corn
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • n. B. Dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Light summer salad for hot days

Peel the cucumbers, if desired, or dice them with the skin on (approx. 1 cm in diameter). Cut the ham into strips. Then toss everything together with the drained corn. Make the dressing from the remaining ingredients and pour it over the cucumbers, ham, and corn. Let it soak in for a while, then enjoy with bread or as a side salad. If you like, you can also add cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, or feta cheese. This recipe is intended for two people as a main course. As a side salad, it is also enough for four people. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do, and I look forward to your feedback.
