Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • 60 g bacon, fried and diced
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
  • 1 head of lettuce, romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, in pieces
  • ½ avocado(s), in pieces
  • 200 g chicken breast, fried and diced
  • 100 g blue cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

In a small bowl, stir together all the dressing ingredients and set aside. If not already prepared and ready: Brown the bacon in a pan, cut into pieces, and set aside. Season the chicken breast, brown it, cut into pieces, and set aside. Dice the tomatoes, eggs, and avocado. Cut or tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and toss with all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with the dressing before serving. We only serve it with garlic or herb baguette.
