Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g beans (bush beans), ready to cook
  • 1 cup of cream, sweet
  • 150 g bacon, diced or sliced
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • savory
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Butter, in flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the beans in salted water until al dente. Mix with diced bacon and place in a baking dish. Or, bundle the beans into parcels, wrap them in bacon slices, and place them in the same dish. Season and drizzle with cream. Then top with cheese. For a crispy crust, sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top and add a few knobs of butter. Bake at approximately 180°C until golden brown. Serve with boiled potatoes.
