Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g beans, thick
- 2 Bockwurst
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 250 ml broth
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 processed cheese corner
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the beans and slice the sausages. Grease a casserole dish, combine the drained beans and sausages, and pour into the dish. Heat the butter, sauté the flour, and deglaze with the broth. Dissolve the cheese spread in the flour, add the cream, and season with spices. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
