Spaghetti with arugula and lime sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 150 ml broth
  • 2 bunches of arugula
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • olive oil
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile, slice the spring onions into rings and heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the spring onions in it. Deglaze with the stock and cream. Add the cream cheese. First, grate the zest of the lime, then squeeze it. Add the juice and grated zest to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with pepper. Wash the arugula and spin dry. Mix the now-cooked spaghetti with the arugula, pour the sauce over it, and serve immediately.
