Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour (wholemeal spelt)
- 100 g flour (whole wheat or buckwheat – if possible)
- 80 g sesame seeds
- 80 g sunflower seeds
- 80 g flaxseed
- 2 tbsp vinegar (fruit or wine vinegar)
- 2 tsp salt
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 cube of yeast
- Fat for the bread pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dissolve the fresh yeast in lukewarm water. Add all the other ingredients and knead thoroughly with a mixer (dough hook). Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and place it in a cold oven. Bake for one hour at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven). Immediately turn out onto a wire rack and let cool. Tip: Place a heatproof cup of water in the oven.
