Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg mushrooms
- 6 m.-sized potatoes, raw
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 75 g ham, diced
- 1 cup of cream
- herbal salt
- pepper
- marjoram

Dice the onions and garlic and fry. Peel the raw potatoes and dice them as well. It’s best to fry the potatoes separately; they take a little longer to cook (pre-fry for about 10 minutes). Clean and halve the mushrooms, quartering larger ones. Add the mushrooms, potatoes, and ham to the onions and cook everything together. Add a little water to form a sauce. Season with herb salt, pepper, and marjoram. When the potatoes and mushrooms are tender, stir in the cream.
