Sausage salad with corned beef

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) corned beef, thin
  • 2 slice(s) sausage (hunting sausage), thin
  • 3 small gherkins
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp garlic oil
  • 2 tsp cucumber juice
  • ¼ tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • Pepper from the mill
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

quick and easy without mayo, for bread

Cut the sausage and cucumber into thin strips. Halve the onion and slice it into thin rings. Combine the marinade ingredients, mix with the sausage and onions, and let it marinate for a while. Serve with buttered bread and radishes.
