Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bunch lovage
- Sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Lovage spice
Wash and dry the lovage (leaves and stems). Chop finely and blend into a paste. For 100 g of paste, I add 10 g of salt and stir until dissolved. Pour into small, clean, sterile jars and store in the refrigerator. Use it in soups and meat dishes. Because it’s very intense, only small amounts are needed.
