Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 ml orange juice
- 40 ml white wine vinegar
- 50 g mustard, sweet
- 120 ml olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper, black from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Salad dressing for leaf salads
Reduce the orange juice by half in a saucepan. Cool the reduction in a sealable container. Add the vinegar, mustard, and oil and shake vigorously. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate the dressing and shake again before serving. This salad dressing pairs well with mixed leaf salads, especially light summer salads.
