Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- ¼ liter pineapple juice
- ½ liter of milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ liter rum
- Desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place bananas, pineapple juice, milk, honey, and rum in a blender and puree. Divide among four highball glasses and serve chilled, sprinkled with coconut flakes.
