Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g palm fat (e.g. Palmin)
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch, sifted
  • 1 shot of rum to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt the palm oil in a saucepan. Stir in the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch. Caution: It shouldn’t bubble! Stir over low heat until completely smooth. Add a dash of rum at the end, if desired. Pour the mixture into molds, a baking dish, or onto parchment paper and let cool.
