Cocobana Cocktail

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 ml liqueur (coconut liqueur)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tsp sugar, to taste
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 3 tsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Refreshing fruity, alcoholic cocktail

This is a recipe for a blender, but with a few tips and perseverance, it will definitely work without one. Measure out the coconut liqueur and milk and pour them into the blender. Slice the banana(s) and add them along with the desiccated coconut and lemon juice. Blend thoroughly until the cocktail is nice and frothy. Taste for sweetness; if not, add 2-3 teaspoons of sugar to taste and blend briefly again. If you aren’t drinking it straight away, it’s best to chill it and perhaps blend again later to make it frothy again. Blender tip: If you don’t want any banana pieces in your cocktail, mash them well with a fork beforehand. Without a blender tip: Mash the banana(s) and then basically pour everything together as in the recipe above and whisk until frothy.
