Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
- ½ tsp salt
- e.g. olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the basil and parsley, finely dice the onion, and place both in a blender along with the coarsely ground Herbes de Provence and salt. Blend well. Then add enough olive oil to lightly coat the pesto. I like to drizzle it over vegetables that I then bake in the oven, or simply on a slice of white bread.
