Bacon-wrapped salmon skewers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry, and cut into 8 strips, approximately 1.5 cm thick. Thread each strip lengthwise onto shish kebab skewers and wrap each with a slice of bacon. Heat the clarified butter in a large pan and fry the skewers for about 5 minutes on all sides. We like to serve this with salad as a side dish.
