Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 passion fruit(s)
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp grape seed oil
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- 1 lettuce(s)
- 1 small pineapple
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of chives
- 150 g turkey ham, thinly sliced

with lettuce and tomatoes
Halve the passion fruit, place the flesh in a bowl, and mix well with the vinegar and oil. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Trim the lettuce, tear it into pieces, wash it, and spin it dry. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and then cut the flesh into thin slices. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, and remove the stems and seeds. Cut the flesh into fine strips. Wash the chives and chop them into larger pieces. Combine all ingredients with the sliced turkey ham and arrange on plates.
