Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 handfuls of raspberries, fresh
  • 2 handfuls of blueberries, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Not for calorie counters

First, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Add the quark and mascarpone and beat with a mixer until creamy. Add the coconut blossom sugar and lemon juice and beat vigorously. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each of three glasses, top with raspberries, then another layer of the mixture, then top with the blueberries. Mix the cocoa powder into the remaining quark mixture, transfer it to a piping bag, and pipe it on top. And then – enjoy!
