Strawberries with eggnog cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 ml egg liqueur
  • 1 pack of cream powder (Paradise Cream vanilla flavor)
  • 500 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the milk, cream, and egg liqueur in a deep mixing bowl. Add the cream powder and mix briefly with a hand mixer, first slowly and then on high. Now serve the cream with the strawberries. I made five times the recipe for my daughter’s 18th birthday and served it in a beautiful glass goblet, alternating it with the strawberries. The guests loved it, and it looked very decorative, too.
