Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g soy strips
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- a little oregano
- 1 slice(s) wholemeal bread
- 1 lettuce leaf
- some cream cheese
- extra oil for frying

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Quick and easy dish with soy strips
First, mix the honey with the spices and toss the shredded meat in it. Heat the oil in a pan, then add the soy shredded meat to the heated pan and fry until lightly browned. Spread cream cheese on a slice of whole-grain bread. Place the lettuce on top, then arrange the shredded meat on top.
