Mushroom toast with herbs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • marjoram
  • sage
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 slices of toast

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Sauté them in butter with the chopped onion. Add the herbs, spices, and lemon juice. Sauté for about 10 minutes. Stir in the cream and bring back to a boil. Season to taste and arrange on slices of toast. Serve with a crisp salad.
