Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ head of endive lettuce
- 100 g lamb’s lettuce
- 1 orange(s)
- 2 tsp mustard
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- some salt
- some pepper
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Wash the lettuce thoroughly. Cut the endive into 0.5 to 1 cm pieces and remove the root from the lamb’s lettuce. For the dressing: Squeeze the orange juice and mix with mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil. The mustard acts as an emulsifier, giving the dressing a velvety consistency. Add a finely diced onion and toss everything into the leaf salad. Serve immediately.
