The perfect barbecue marinade

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 tbsp spice mix (grill spice)
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • n. B. Oil (peanut oil)
  • possibly chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes

ideal for steaks and skewers

Mix the barbecue seasoning with the paprika (or chili powder), and oil until it’s slightly runny. Not too thick, not too thin. Then massage the mixture into the meat (this is important!!!) and place it in a vacuum sealer (if you have one) or in a freezer bag and leave it overnight. The mixture should be enough for 8-10 steaks.
