Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 gherkins
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can of tuna, natural
- 1 can pineapple, diced
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- some sugar
- 1 tbsp curry powder, mild
- 2 cups of yogurt or the same amount of mayonnaise (or mixed!)
- possibly leaf salad (50 g endive or lamb’s lettuce)
- Herbs as desired (parsley, chives…)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
The only pasta salad I eat!
Cook the pasta until al dente. In the meantime, chop all the remaining solid ingredients and mix them with the spices, herbs, canned tuna juice, and yogurt. Mix with the pasta. Season with salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
