  • 2 small cans of tuna in oil (tastes better)
  • 2 large apples, crisp
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 jar mayonnaise, possibly reduced-fat, large jar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Daddy’s best

Peel the apples, onions, and eggs. Core the apples. Chop everything into small pieces and mix with the tuna and mayonnaise. Don’t use too much mayonnaise. No additional seasonings are necessary. It also tastes great in a sandwich between large slices of white toast. Very popular at parties. It always works. The eggs are dispensable, but the celery and apples are not.
