Cauliflower salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 4 eggs, boiled
  • onion(s)
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • oil
  • Mustard
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and cook briefly (it should still be a bit crunchy), drain, and let cool. Chop the four eggs and place them on top of the cauliflower. Make a sauce with the onion, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, oil, and vinegar. Pour over the salad and fold in.
