Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g mountain cheese, sliced
  • 200 g cheese (Müritzer or another mild cheese), sliced
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 3 shallots
  • a few stalks of chives
  • 3 tbsp water

Combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, finely diced shallots, finely sliced ​​chives, and the water in a bowl. Add the peas and corn along with the liquid from the can. Cut the sliced ​​cheese into strips, add to the bowl, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours. Mix thoroughly before serving, season to taste, and adjust seasoning if desired. Serve with hearty bread. Enjoy!
