Tomato salad with feta

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes (Roma tomatoes)
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 8 leaves of fresh basil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, cold-pressed
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly olives, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

This recipe is quick and easy to make. First, dice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Then, mash the feta cheese on a board with a fork and pour it over the tomatoes in the bowl. Now pour in the olive oil (the amount depends on your taste; you can vary it! I usually use 3 to 4 tablespoons), season with salt and pepper, and garnish with basil. Mix it all together and simply enjoy, ideally with a slice of fresh bread. P.S.: If you like, you can also add black olives! I’m always open to suggestions for improvements.
