Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 chop(s) (ox chop), approx. 500g
  • 2 tsp spice mix (grill spice)
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • some sea salt, coarse from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Heat the oil in a grill pan, add the seasoned ox chop, and brown on both sides over high heat. Then place in an oven preheated to 120°C (240°F) and let stand for about 30 minutes. Then season with salt, bone, and halve the chops and serve.
