Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 800 g minced beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (preferably from Lea & Perrins)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. This yields approximately 6-7 patties for large hamburger buns. If you prefer thicker patties, make four patties. Form the meat mixture into balls, place them on a plate, and flatten them with your hand. Then, as desired, cook them either over high heat in a pan, on the grill, or on a contact grill until medium-high. Enjoy.
