Puff pastry pie with ham and cheese

Lightly oil a round ovenproof dish (approx. 26 cm) and line it with a package of puff pastry. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread approximately 150 g of smoked, diced ham, 1 small can of mushrooms, and approximately 150 g of diced cheese (e.g., Gouda) on the dough. Whisk 1 cup of milk with 2 eggs, pepper, a little salt, a pinch of nutmeg, and the rosemary, and pour over the filling. Fold over the corners of the puff pastry and brush with egg yolk, if desired (it tastes good without, but it’s for the look). Bake for approximately 45 minutes at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat). Leaf spinach goes very well with it.
