Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 scoop of ice cream, vanilla
  • 50 g blackberries
  • 3 cl syrup (blackberry syrup)
  • 1 cl lemon juice
  • some milk to top up
  • Whipped cream, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

fruity, sweet, for hot days

Pour vanilla ice cream into a glass. Blend the blackberries with syrup and lemon juice in a blender. Pour over the ice cream and top with milk. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate.
