Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large pears, peeled, pitted and quartered
- 150 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 200 ml water, ice cold
- n. B. Honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
refreshing – fruity
Puree the fruit and water in a blender, season with honey, and divide between two glasses. Tip: Strain through a sieve if the raspberry seeds bother you.
