Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 ml tomato juice, ice-cold
  • 15 ml Tabasco
  • 1 lemon(s), juice or from a lime
  • 4 tbsp pepper, crushed
  • some cayenne pepper
  • some salt
  • some coriander leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

alcohol-free and oriental

Mix ice-cold tomato juice with lemon or lime juice and Tabasco. Add cracked pepper and cayenne pepper and season with salt. Garnish the drink with torn cilantro leaves. Depending on availability, I experiment with herbs like parsley, mint, basil, etc.
