Raspberry Granita

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries, frozen
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • n. B. Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place slightly thawed raspberries in a blender and add lemon juice. Blend the raspberries, adding room-temperature apple juice if desired. Sweeten with sweetener if desired (this isn’t usually necessary, although sometimes you get very sour raspberries!). Serve in drinking glasses and garnish as desired. It really helps me curb my sweet tooth, and it’s packed with vitamins, too!
