Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 lemons
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 ml water, hot
  • ¾ liter of water, cold
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Ice, cubed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Squeeze the lemons. Pour the sugar into a glass and pour over the hot water; stir until the water runs clear. Pour the lemon juice into a carafe and pour over the cold water. Add a pinch of salt (otherwise the lemonade will become bitter later) and serve with ice cubes. It’s also delicious with 6 limes instead of lemons.
