Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 large oranges
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 piece(s) ginger root
  • 1 lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve all the oranges and lemon and juice them. Heat the collected juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Meanwhile, peel the ginger and slice it into small pieces. Add the ginger slices, honey, and cinnamon powder to the freshly squeezed orange juice and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and enjoy warm. The best drink for fall and winter. To quote my children: I love this juice!
