Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 persimmon (approx. 240 g)
- 200 ml coconut rice drink
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of turmeric powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pour the coconut rice drink into a blender. Peel and dice the persimmons and add them to the blender. Stir in the cinnamon, turmeric, and lemon or lime juice, then puree everything with an immersion blender. Season to taste and add a little more lemon or lime juice if desired. Pour the coconut rice drink into two glasses and enjoy.
