vegan, healthy and totally delicious, without sugar

Wash the kale, remove the stems, and roughly chop. Wash the persimmon, remove the blossom, and chop it finely, including the skin. Peel if necessary; it sometimes contains bitter substances. Peel and chop the bananas and carrot. Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in a high-performance blender and blend on high for about 1.5-2 minutes. Add the oil and blend briefly again. This makes about 4 small glasses. If you don’t want to make it vegan, you can also use regular yogurt.
