Chocolate Peanut Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 320 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 75 ml milk
  • 175 g peanut butter (crunchy, with pieces)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 280 g oat flakes, fine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes 60 cookies

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, and milk and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the peanut butter, vanilla sugar, and oats to the butter-cocoa mixture and stir until the dough begins to firm up. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop the dough with a teaspoon and place it on the baking sheet. Let the cookies cool and set on the baking sheet.
