Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g spinach, frozen, chopped, thawed
- 100 g herb cream cheese light
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 egg whites
- 50 g wholemeal flour
- 5 g baking powder
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tsp turmeric
- some salt and pepper
- chili powder
- Garlic
- 50 g bell peppers
- 50 g carrot(s)
- 50 g baby corn
- possibly pickle(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Mix all the ingredients for the dough well and spread about half of it into a suitable baking dish. Finely chop or grate the filling ingredients and spread them over the dough. Then add the rest of the dough and bake the spinach pie at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes. Enjoy the cooled pie with a sprinkle of herb curd cheese, perhaps!
