Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 avocado(s)
- 150 g goat’s cheese
- 150 g creamy whole milk yogurt
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chives, fresh or frozen
- n. B. Pul Biber
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with cream cheese and yogurt
Combine the cream cheese, yogurt, and lemon juice in a tall mixing bowl. Peel the garlic, press it in, and season with salt. Halve and pit the avocado, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, roughly dice it, and add it to the cream cheese. Blend everything until smooth with a hand blender. Finally, fold in the olive oil and chives and season with Pul Biber to taste. Tastes great with potatoes, crispbread, and crackers.
