Sweet banana bread with almonds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • 230 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g almonds
  • 3 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 70 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Puree the bananas; you can leave small pieces whole if you like. Then mix all the ingredients thoroughly. If you’d prefer a vegan version, you can use agave syrup instead of honey, and substitute soy milk, oat milk, almond milk, etc. for the milk. Pour the finished mixture into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. Do the toothpick test to see if it’s done.
