- 100 g arugula
- 50 g pine nuts, roasted
- 50 g Parmesan
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper

quick and easy to do yourself
Puree the arugula and pine nuts in a food processor or with an immersion blender. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, oil, and garlic and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta of your choice.
