Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Dice the onion. Mix well with salt, sugar, mustard, pepper, and tomato ketchup in a bowl. Whisk the vinegar and oil for 2-3 minutes. Combine both liquids and pour over the finely chopped Chinese cabbage.
