Sweet seduction from the 90s
First, put a large heaped spoonful of vanilla ice cream and the raspberry yogurt into a bowl and stir until no more ice pieces remain and everything is combined. It’s best to use a hand blender for this. Pour into a suitable glass (approx. 0.4 l). Now top up with the lemonade. This can create a lot of foam. I kept scooping out a little with a spoon and adding more lemonade. We want to have something amazing to drink, not just foam and cream. I did leave a little foam on top, though. It makes a nice effect. Now for the decoration: Place the cream around the edge and move it inwards in a circle. It’s best to form a nice, stable cap. Then place the cocktail cherry on top. Sprinkle on a few sprinkles, and our ice cream soda is perfect. You can also use other soda, ice cream, or yogurt. For example, chocolate banana split, chocolate stracciatella dream with vanilla, or an exotic fruit soda ice cream.
